C Kevin Johnson leaves Seton Hall basketball team

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. (AP) Sophomore center Kevin Johnson is leaving Seton Hall.

Coach Kevin Willard announced late Tuesday evening that Johnson, of Compton, Calif. had been granted a full release by the university.

Johnson appeared in 21 games for the Pirates last season, averaging 2.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 8 minutes playing time.
